Coonrod & Associates located in Wichita, Kansas, was founded in 1984. Its roots in the construction industry run three generations deep. We are an aggressive company whose owners are personally involved in every project. The result of this involvement-quality products build both efficiently and economically.

Our work ranges from small jobs to large projects such as the Corps of Engineers' B-2 Stealth Bomber Facility at Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri. We have operated as Construction Manager, Design-Build Contractor and as General Contractor.

To provide owners with a quality facility, each of the three major stockholders of Coonrod & Associates operates as the Project Manager on each project built. That way, owners maintain a direct line to our top management for access to direct answers and final decisions.

Current projects based on competitive bid attract contractors from farther and farther away. Still, Coonrod & Associates continues to win a significant portion of its work through competitive bidding. Through a wealth of experience, we've achieved a high degree of accuracy when making estimates, assuring the owner of quality construction at the lowest possible cost.
